Boot Camp Style Classes
Our intense 30 minute lunch time boot camp class provides each athlete with a diverse, constantly varied, high intensity workout that incorporates calisthenics (body weight exercises) with strength training and military style drills.
If you are short on time and need a quick, but effective workout, our boot camp classes will have you in and out of the gym in 45 minutes. At 5th Element Combat fitness we want to make every second count!
Women's Only Boot Camp Classes
Our fierce hour-long boot camp style class is designed specifically for our women athletes. Every workout targets those problem areas including legs, butt, arms, and abs. The class is led by one of our energetic and motivating coaches.
