What is CrossFit Striking?
CrossFit Striking teaches athletes how to increase their overall fitness, core strength, rotational speed and power by incorporating striking drills into CrossFit workouts.
Each class is an hour (60 minutes) long and it incorporates basic mixed-martial-arts, boxing and self-protection striking concepts with CrossFit movements to create a fun and exciting new workout.
